Sales people are over the top new what I was looking for and delivered. The chair was at a great price and the delivery was fantastic Workers were very polite to my wife. Would recommend the store to anyone looking for a good quality furniture at a very reasonable price.

Beware of this store. Electric reclining sofa was delivered but upon inspection we noticed it was defective. So we had the delivery guys put it back on the truck. One of the motors made a loud noise and vibrated when reclining. Was told if there was a problem, do not accept it and send it back. We went to the store to reorder, but the manager said it was too costly for them to complete the order. She acted like it was our fault. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Its sad now that you have people like this. We used to have people that wanted happy customers and worked hard to provide good quality products and services. Not this place.

I brought a couch and loveseat I brought it home unboxed the recliner It has a burn like hole I called them they came out and turned it over for the serial number and there was another burn 2days later they called me and said it not covered because when they turned over the recliner a joint fell out which is bull crap because the coushiings are 2 tight I never sat in the chair and weed doesn’t burn like that. They saw an ash tray with a joint and try to say that caused it. If that was true when the joint hit the floor I believe we would have seen it and caught eye contact and now they calling me for a payment after selling me furniture with a defect I put a lighter to it witch burn hotter than a joint and this is all it did but a joint put a hole in it

Great in store experience! The guys that brought it ou was efficient as well! Great experience. Will definitely shop/ buy there again!

Great customer service from Farmers Furniture. I appreciated their assistance and care shown with my purchase. Recliner was delivered as promised.
