Fergus Home & Hardware

We recently purchased a dishwasher and had them also install it. It was the best experience, from the help during our decision purchase on which one to purchase, to the gentlemen that came to do the install. Top Notch Customer Service makes Repeat Customers and will Gladly Rave about the Positive Experience.

Dropped skates off to get sharpened at 11 was told they would be done by 12:30. Came back … told me they’d be done by 3. Since it’s a 35 minutes drive for me, I had a family friend go in at 3:30 only to be told they’d done before close (6) She made a second trip back right before close for them to tell her they couldn’t get to them.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Went there to get parts for my dryer and will definitely go back.

We had a great experience with getting carpet installed by Fergus Home and hardware. The crew that was sent out did a great job, was thoughtful in how they kept everything clean and organized! I would have them do another job again!

I get that they are just a drop of for ups but the fact that I couldn’t get two pieces of tape to put the label on my return seems ridiculous! As a person that works in customer service/care it seems that it would be wise to make peoples experience positive so that they come back and purchase product from your store.
