Freedom Mattress

If you’re in the market for a new bed I highly recommend checking out Freedom Mattress ♡ we shopped around and nothing or anyone tops their customer service. I called to check their hours with my work schedule and they offered to stay late for us without any hesitation. They offer brand selections we weren’t able to find elsewhere. We were on the hunt to test out different options with Helix and they offered all of them. It was a no pressure to buy experience. We felt like we could take our time without any overbearing sales pitch. And honestly the second we walked in, the energy provided from Tonya was so warm and kind. They also price matched sales we found online to make the in person shopping experience even better. We feel so excited to have our new bed in our new home even more now knowing we got it from Blake and Tonya ♡ Tonya even through in free pillows and sheets as a house warming gift. Cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. We will be back for any future needs!

Great service! We were looking for a Helix mattress and found Freedom Mattress online. Blake, the owner, was very friendly and patient with us, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He was not pushy at all (which made for a pleasant shopping experience), and we ended up purchasing a Helix mattress through him at a discounted price compared to the online store. Highly recommend Freedom Mattress.

By far the best mattress shopping experience we’ve had. We purchased a mattress from Freedom Mattress back in December. We originally went in to try the Helix brand as they were the only retailer in the area that carried them. Blake, the owner, was stellar. A no pressure attitude and was helpful in answering all our questions without it feeling like you were being pressured to buy anything. We ended up purchasing and Blake delivered it straight to our home with set up. The prices were also better than other retailers were posting online WITH discounts. At the last minute, we realized we needed to remove our old mattress and Blake went above and beyond and lugged it away with no concern. Highly recommend supporting this small business, they will treat you well!

Blake was great in helping us settle on our new mattress, never trying to sell hard but instead focusing on helping us make the right decision. Even though the mattress manufacturer caused some slight delays, Blake was great at keeping us posted on when we’d get the mattress, delivering it as soon as he had his hands on it. We’re very happy customers.

I think they are hiding super heros in this store! Blake and his wife were super friendly as I arrived. I explained needing my mattress ASAP, and being disappointed by slow shipping from online retailers. They matched my choice mattress' sale price online, and were sure to deliver the mattress the same day, so I could begin living in my apartment as soon as possible. Blake even helped me carry the mattress up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment. I loved everything about my experience, and couldn't imagine it being better.
