I have no idea how the gentleman named Cruz is even employed, he is the most rude, incompetent, and disrespectful individual I have ever came across in any line of retail or customer service in my life. He is a major reason I will NEVER purchase furniture from this company again. I have purchased furniture from this location many times and have spent upwards of $30,000 with them. As previous comments mention it is all fine up until delivery is supposed to happen. We purchased a living room and kitchen set from them this last time and we only picked these specific items because it was promised 2-3 week delivery. Had it been normal.wait tome we would have went with other options, 5 weeks went by and they called to let us know part of our order was there and it'd be another few weeks for the other part so we opted to just get what they had delivered. With sectional pieces still missing, We agreed to pick it up the remaining piece when it arrived as we were tired of waiting and were told only 1 delivery was covered. 3 weeks pass and they called us to let us know they had it, we inquired about pick up and they said they'd deliver it for the inconvenience and they their team would call to schedule delivery. After waiting another week and a half we called back and we were told delivery was not an option and they had no idea why anyone would tell us otherwise. We then attempted to pick it up and were told we could anytime between 9am and 5pm. We drove to the warehouse on Madera to find they close at 230 pm and you have to schedule a pick up time. Every time we call we get a different answer if we get one at all, nobody has any idea what they are doing at all. Its a shame that they allow their employees to talk to people the way they do and to provide false information with no sense of respect in their work. Cruz has yelled, misinformed, talked over, dismissed all questions and points and even attempted to downright belittle us in multiple phone calls. I will say the manager who took care of our ordering process was very helpful and informative, however they refuse to put any management on the phone ever and go out of their way to be rude and dismissive. All in all go to a more professional furniture store who value their customers and take more pride in their work. I'd give it a zero star rating if I could.

Mr. Guzman helped me find the perfect bed for my son. They had some great options to pick from. He was very knowledgeable with mattress selection as well. I’d definitely go again and buy another piece of furniture. I received the bed fairly quickly and delivery was quick and easy.

Worse experience ever when dealing with a furniture store. We purchased so much furniture and of course in the beginning everything was great up until the delivery. But whatever we got the furniture eventually. The real problem was after we wanted 2 more dinning table chairs put the order in was told it’ll be about 2-4 weeks which was okay. 4 weeks came by and nothing. My husband reached out was told there was a delay so about 1-2 more weeks we waited then my husband calls and the sales rep went completely off on my husband telling him he didn’t want to deal with him and he was canceling our order. So of course in the beginning when our order was 17k they were all willing to help and be nice but when we needed further assistance the customer service went out the window. I regret losing the sales guys name but the assistant managers name was Junior this was last year. Now I need couches but I will go to a more professional store and try and find matching chairs to complete my dinning table.

Big thanks to Moody and furniture city. They beat a competitors price and delivered more than the other one offered. Service was top notch, and I feel like they really took care of us! Definitely more bang for your buck at Furniture City. I have already recommended them to my friends and family. They really went out of their way for us, and we got more then we expected. This is now my furniture store!

Mr. Guzman came fix my recliner from the arms. It took him only like 30 minutes less or less. He did a good job. I’m happy with his work. Thank you Mr. Guzman. Have a great day.
