I was looking for a particular bed through Google and came across this store about 40 minutes from my house. Got to the store and was greeted by Bader. He was extremely nice and had an answer to every question I had. The patience he had, with my 2 year old was incredible. I was ready to walk out the store and he assured me she was fine lol. He shared with me several options of bedroom sets similar to what I was looking at. I ended up getting something other than what I came for and I actually am even happier. Great purchase, great experience, and will definitely come back for future furniture purchases. Came back to edit. There was a very slight and minor hiccup with the bed after delivered. A "cosmetic" thing I guess you could call it. I reached out to Bader and without any extra charges, and without hesitation or question, he set up to have his guys come back out to my house to fix something that took all of about less than 10 minutes. So even after my purchase I wasn't 'written off' since they "had my money" so to speak. Which even furthered my decision that I won't purchase Furniture elsewhere. Thank you Bader and Furniture City for such a wonderful and breathable experience. 2nd edit. Had a little mishap with the bed. One of the side rails came loose bc the nails holding it together either weren't long enough, or I'm not really sure. But anyhow, to improvise I placed 2x4s under the rail to hold it up. It wasn't a Furniture City problem, it was a manufacturer problem. I called the store to see what options I had. They were as usual, professional and prompt. I didn't purchase an extra warranty so Bader looked into the manufacturer warranty. They said they could send out a piece to the store. So they did and Bader contacted me to let me know it was in. Not only did I not have to drive the distance to pick it up, but I also didn't have to figure out how I was gonna swap the rails. His guys delivered it to me and changed it for me. Neither of those tasks were the stores responsibilities and yet Bader stepped up for me anyway. Yall are killin it in customer service and quality! Thank youuuu!

The sales associate, Kelly, was very helpful and kind. She assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted in the store. The process was quick and I am excited to receive my order.

Absolutely amazing people, amazing furniture, amazing prices, and very very easy to communicate with! I love this store I love these people please come see them you won't be disappointed, same day delivery, switched over the furniture i had already picked with a different set, because I changed my mind very simple and always smiling customer service 5 start!
