Furniture Factory Outlet

Abstract: Great selection, excellent service, and unbeatable prices. We walked in looking for a couch for our apartment. We had already been to multiple other stores but passed because of high price or low quality. Ben was unloading a semi truck full of furniture, but took the time to help us out and show us around. Ben has a wealth of knowledge and made sure that we found the right couch for budget, size, and household. He has a vast selection of high quality pieces at great prices. He didn’t try to be a salesman. He was professional and wanted us to be content with our purchase in the long term. If you are looking for couches, chairs, sectionals, pillows, dressers, or even mattresses, this is the place. He even offered to find us another piece if we didn’t like ours or match another stores prices. COLLEGE STUDENTS: If you are looking for furniture for an apartment, this your place. I would go here first to find anything for your place.

This is THE place to buy your new sofa or sectional! Ben and Elizabeth were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and let us take all the time we needed to decide on the perfect furniture for our home. Excellent quality product, no pressure sales.

I had an awesome experience buying furniture here. Ben (the owner) was super helpful from the moment I walked in. I was in a hurry and he still managed to help me pick out a chaise couch, 8 throw pillows, and two leather swivel chairs and get everything delivered the same day. I own an Airbnb and was trying to upgrade some of the furniture without breaking the bank, and Ben really knew his stuff. He explained what actually makes furniture good quality—the joints, the labor, the fabric, all the little details most stores never bother mentioning. It made a huge difference and I felt confident in what I was buying. Great selection, great value, and honestly one of the smoothest furniture buying experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend asking for Ben.

I was needing to find a nice couch in my price range as a college student. I came in with little hopes but let me tell you, when I walked in you’re instantly greeted with a floor completely full of couches, mattresses, and cabinets, including a back garage space and downstairs to view as well. All the couches were in amazing and clean condition. The manager, Ben, was also super helpful trying to find just the perfect match for me—small, comfy, and matched the rest of my house. He was super kind and walked me through the entire store finding the perfect one. I walked out of there with the perfect couch for me. The prices were marked down from original prices to a very good price (and I can’t stress this enough), perfect for a college student. This place is so underrated and I’ve been telling all of my friends about it who are on the same position as me.
