Furniture Factory Outlet

I was looking for a large recliner. I looked on their website and found the recliner. I went into the store and purchased the recliner and living room set. (The selection was very good) but the recliner was not in stock. The manufacturer had a back log. Unfortunately it was damaged when I received it. The damage was due to the manufacturer - not the store. I called the store and they sent someone that same day to look at the damage. After looking at the damage, they immediately replaced it. The delivery team is very professional and quick. Thank you to the entire staff.

Absolute gorgeous set of sectional couches.. Little stiff right out of the gate. But I’m sure they’ll soften up. Staff was great, took a little longer getting them in stock than was originally told. Could not beat the price with a stick. They even went further to secure me as a future life long shopper.. Thanks again guys

Everything about the experience was great. Fast friendly service, beautiful pieces, and the guys who came out to set it up were on time professional and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it .

The experience was very quick! They were the cheaper option for a good quality couch. They were very communicative and delivered my couch with no problems!

I love love, love my dining sit!! Thank you furniture factory for making my dining room complete ♥️🥰♥️
