Ordered furniture 6 MONTHS AGO from furniture Gallery on Florida Blvd. I ordered a king size bedroom set, a sectional sofa with a love seat, a coffee table set and several accent pieces which was worth several thousands of dollars and was Paid in full. I ordered the furniture at the beginning of March right before I closed on my first home, everything was delivered at once a month later and the men delivering and setting up my furniture realized they did not have the correct boards for my bedroom set and said they would be back the next day to deliver. Okay no problem, once the men left the SAME DAY the recliner on the chaise attached to my sectional reclined back and never went back up! Informed the manager Korsha. A week later the boards for my bed was delivered but they did NOT fit the bed. It took another month for a totally new bed to be delivered, I had to call SEVERAL times and go to the store in order to get this accomplished. I was also charged for a 5 drawer dresser and the delivery guys had to tell me that it was missing. I DID NOT order the dresser but these dishonest people charged me and weren’t going to tell me I ordered it. The saleswoman kept saying that the dresser was the same as the dresser with the mirror which was incorrect. To make a long story short, I received all my furniture after SEVERAL calls and visits to the store but to make matters worse my chaise is STILL broken 6 months after ordering and several calls with the manager telling me it would be replaced!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Very dishonest people if you are paying in full!!! I will not do business and have already deferred several of my family and friends from this place!! Do not let the good reviews fool you if you plan to spend real money here.

I love all the different selections the store have to offer. My salesperson was Martha, she was helpful, friendly and she wasn't pushy.. The delivery guys were efficient, quick, courteous and they cleaned up everything! Nicole was amazing!!! She made everything effortless after having a bad experience with a total different company, I'm very pleased and now I have a new store to purchase my furniture from!! I'm picky when it comes to the quality of furniture and I am well satisfied!! Thanks Nicole! Thanks Martha! Thanks to the two delivery drivers!!! I appreciate you all!!!!

The salesman Brian was polite,courtesy, and professional most of all not pushy.. I am very pleased with the level of service I received "Awesome ". Most of all my full purchases for 2 rooms at a affordable price with quality furnishings. Looking forward to refer family/ coworkers..

Ms. Korsha Bates, Sales Representative, was so professional and friendly. She was very patient and knowledgeable. All staff working in the store were professional and nice. The store has really nice and fully stocked with all of your furniture needs. The prices were reasonable.

Nicole was very wonderful to work with. I absolutely love my platform bed. She went above and beyond. Will be doing more business in the future. My experience was a 10/10, I found exactly what i wanted! ❤️
