This is my first time purchasing from this store. Very punctual. Even though there was a language barrier, the communication was amazing. The level of care bringing in the furniture was great, nothing was damaged. They took their time putting everything together to make sure everything was done correctly. The delivery drivers put in extra detail to put the furniture where I wanted it. They even took the time to put the carpet in the perfect position for me. The furniture looks amazing in my space. I look forward to the comfort it will provide me.

I just want to say Lisbeth was awesome and they have the cheapest price I’ve seen and I’ve been to alot of furniture store and never like these prices. Very great service here. You Don’t want to miss out. Jr is also awesome. Great service and great furniture. They definitely beat Tampa outlet price.

I had a great experience with Furniture King! The furniture is high quality and professionally made. When my table arrived with a few scratches, they replaced it without any issues and in less than 3 days — super fast and efficient service! Special thanks to Natali Deborah, my sales representative. She was incredibly attentive throughout the whole process, from the purchase to the delivery and even the replacement. Her customer service was outstanding. Very fast. Very nice. Would recommend. The top line was review that I was forced to give on the spot while being told what to say and how to say it. I was told to put 5 stars. I have now changed it to 3. This is why. 1. My daughter asked if I can come to meet them as they scheduled the delivery today but did not give her a time frame and called at the time she has to pick my grandson up at daycare. 2. I believe at least one person should be bilingual as everyone does not speak Spanish. 3. They were fast, but maybe too rushed because there was damage made to the corner of the sectional. (Picture below) Maybe it was due to the back pain he was complaining about or the multiple deliveries he said he made today and still had to make after. 4. Last but not least, I was forced to write a review on the spot as he dictated what to say, how many stars to put(putting his hands on my phone), and made sure I submitted the review so he can take a picture of it. I am not one to complain, but I do not write reviews for every little thing. Much less being forced to. So I had to edit my initial review so customers know what to expect. And make sure you have someone who speaks Spanish to translate.
