Hilton Furniture is great! I want to send a special shout out to Cynthia, who was very helpful during the shopping process and ensured I was satisfied with the item. She is very responsive and friendly! The sofa/sectional fits great in my space.

Absolutely the best service from Red. From start to finish, he made sure I was completely satisfied with my sectional. I appreciate him so much and his persistence with making me a happy customer is the reason I will return to Hilton Furniture.

Cynthia was incredibly helpful throughout my furniture purchase. She was patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted and made the entire experience enjoyable. Her customer service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to ensure I found the right pieces. I highly recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for excellent service!

Cynthia from Hilton Furniture is outstanding she’s not only great at her job but also a kind and positive person. My mom, sister, and I had a great experience with her, sharing laughs and feeling welcomed the whole time. She was always smiling and very helpful. Highly recommend her! Also had a great experience with Hilton very friendly, and helpful. Really appreciated the good service!

I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service from Hilton. I am usually easy to please, so being rushed to choose a new living room set was out of the ordinary for me, and when the set we initially chose didn’t fit our space as I had imagined, Hilton went above and beyond—without any hassle—to have the delivery team return it and bring a second set I liked instead. The fact that this was all handled on New Year’s Eve made it especially meaningful, and I am truly grateful for his kindness, patience, and exceptional service. Wishing Hilton continued success in 2026.
