I am usually easy to please, so being rushed to choose a new living room set was out of the ordinary for me, and when the set we initially chose didn’t fit our space as I had imagined, Hilton went above and beyond—without any hassle—to have the delivery team return it and bring a second set I liked instead. The fact that this was all handled on New Year’s Eve made it especially meaningful, and I am truly grateful for his kindness, patience, and exceptional service.
