View on GoogleThe staff was pretty nice. We bought our couch in November 2024. As of writing June 2025 our couch is falling apart. My husband and I both remember a warranty being mentioned but when I called the man I spoke to said they don’t do that. The couch is separated into each chair is its own piece and the couch fits together on brackets. The arms are already leaning from only being attached at one point. the installers put our couch together with the recliners cord stuck inside one bracket making the chair lean even after we fixed it. We’ll probably be buying another new couch before long. Very disappointing. Buy your furniture elsewhere.
View on GoogleSuch a bad experience that I have never had. Bad furniture quality, bad stuff service, even the attitude of the owner. There are quality problems but the staff didn’t admit it and yelled at us. Rediculous! Actually the prices are also not low. Do not be cheated by their ad. Please do not enter otherwise you will regret for it.
View on GoogleI don't usually write reviews but I'm doing it for this store because I have had a great time shopping here. This is my third time my family has bought furniture from this store and every time it has been a pleasant experience. The person (I think is the manager) who helped us was honest and explained to us everything we need for the best deal. He didn't just try to make the sale and gave us different options and prices. My family and friends have shopped here and they have had a great experience too. I recommend this store to anyone who is looking for good prices and service.
View on GoogleI went into this store searching for a toy chest for my daughters. I walked in and I wasn’t greeted but I just continued to look around the store. I didn’t see exactly what I needed at first. A man finally asked me if I needed help after being there for about 10 minutes and I explained to him I was looking for something I can store toys in. He quickly said they don’t have that. On my way out I noticed a storage chest which looked just like a toy box. It was very small and was 75 dollars. I asked him if they had more in the back because I would need two because of the size he told me yes. I said I was going to take a picture so I can make sure i can fit two in my space. He told me I couldn’t take a picture because of policy. When I asked him to show me that policy because I’ve never heard of you not being able to take photos at a furniture store. He quickly got quite and had no response. Annoyed with how rude the man was I just told him I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!
