Furniture Row - Dining

I used to live walking distance from here and frequently shopped here in the past before covid. Came in today to check out dresser and tv stand options….waste of time and everything is over priced and everything on floor is messed up. Markdown I get but sales floor? & they have so much furniture in show rooms especially bedroom that they have furniture stacked and brought boxes out with stickers to help get them out the door. Lady that was greeting customers was saying they are having a promo sale all items are marked.

A few years ago we had a HORRIBLE experience getting a new leather sofa at Lazy Boy in Lonetree, so we came back to Furniture Row. Just bought a new, beautiful, couch!! Not a lot of reviews or pictures of it but it is beautiful and it's our space perfectly! Patty helped us and we couldn't be happier!

I bought couches in September of 2022 that costed me over $5k. They were under one year warranty. I went to them in September 2023, literally a week before the warranty expired because the couches had issues. They said they will send a technician out, which they did. The technician then stated that the couches would need to be replaced and he will inform the store. It’s been 8 months now and I’ve called them and went there almost every other week with no help. The managers talked to me and said they will fix them because they were discontinued. All i have been getting is the run around and no help. A couple of weeks ago, I was told by one of there staff members that they will not replace the couches or fix them because it was past the warranty time frame. Although I have communication proof that all this was done before the warranty expired. Horrible business model and don’t honor their warranty and I will be seeking legal action.
