Went in last weekend to purchase a new bed set. TJ was incredibly helpful taking the time to walk us through all of the different sets we liked and all of the different options we could choose between the pieces we ended up getting. Even helped tell us what would look best in the room we already have. Overall a great experience and looking forward to seeing the finished product all set up!

My son was looking for a new bed. He did shop around and liked the bed at Bedroom expressions from furniture row. He didn't get it the day we went in. I called today to see if was still available since it was a floor model and they said it was still available. My husband and I went down and purchased the bed and we are happy with the service received from Jesse he gave us a great deal and we are happy with our purchase.

After many years and thousands of dollars spent at this store, I am left feeling unappreciated. I purchased a dining room set online and after it was set up, the chairs looked really big. I have tried to give it time and even rearranged my area, however, the chairs are way too heavy and bulky. I received this set 4 months ago and they are saying it's too late to return them. This was purchased online so I wasn't aware how HUGE the chairs were going to be. I am an elderly woman and have a HARD time maneuvering around this dining set and chairs. I can't believe they are going to let me be stuck with this when I explained how unsatisfied I am with them. Don't let them fool you and DO NOT purchase from here. They have officially lost me as a customer!!
