Jennifer the sales person was easy to work with. Purchased a new washer an dryer. Was delivered today. Very satisfied with them.
View on GoogleI don’t normally write bad reviews, but this place just struck a nerve today. My family of four came in today to buy a coffee table. We found a few we liked. We asked about one in particlular. He looked it up for a few minutes and told us “$299”. We looked around more and took time to decide and narrowed it down to that one. We asked for the price again just to make sure. We were told “$299” again. He said he just sold that exact one the other day. So we made the decision to get it. When we went to the back sales desk to purchase, the two guys were scrambling around for a couple minutes. They then informed us the price was “actually $799”. So $500 more than the $299 price they had confirmed both from looking up the sku and from knowledge of selling the other day. No apology and no attempt to do anything to make it better. They successfully wasted our time. We are shopping for furniture for every room in our house. This place lost our business for that.
View on GoogleBought several items today! Guys were very helpful and got a smokin deal to make it even better! Will definitely be back.
View on GoogleBought brand new out of the box had the guys come put it in my house and the only thing holding it together was wood glue and staples
View on GoogleBe careful about the mattresses you buy. What ever they are made of causes some people to have an allergic reaction to it. So you may be stuck with a mattress you can’t sleep on or have to take allergy pills just to sleep. Doctor said a lot of people are having problems with whatever they put in these mattresses. Be careful when you purchase one.
