We had a great time. Our salesman was very knowledgeable, upfront, and wasn't pushy for a sale at all. He allowed us to take our time and gave us time to discuss our options and answered so many questions very honestly. We joked around with him and he was giving it right back. I wish I remembered what his name was because I would love to give him a shout-out for being an awesome person. Thank you for such a wonderful experience! I would definitely recommend this business and will definitely be back again.
View on GoogleI purchased a recliner from the chickasha store today, Joe is the manager there , he was very patient with me while I was deciding which one to get. Overall I had a very positive experience and I will definitely shop there again in the future. 👍

View on GoogleWe came into this store twice recently, after a successful purchase previously. My husband and I were shopping for an adjustable bed. The young man basically refused to help us. I asked him where the adjustable bases & any mattress that were on sale and he pointed and just stated “over there” (for the bases) and “against that wall” (for the mattress) we asked him about pricing “oh $300-2000” , my husband asked if they delivered, he stated very rudely “we’ve NEVER delivered” (I know this to be untrue because they came and delivered my husbands bed) there were no other customers in the store, so they were not busy. As I stated, this is the second time recently we have been in and got the same treatment from the same young man both times. He lost out on a sale today!
