Gary's Furniture

We brought furniture from here for years and always happy. We still have a leather set we bought over 20 years ago. Recently ordered a flexsteel recliner, two living chairs and an end table. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Did not receive the furniture that we ordered. The order was expensive, but received cheap furniture months after the order. The lady that ordered the furniture became offensive and would not work to solve the problem. It is the worst furniture for comfort, cheap, and ugly. Would not recommend getting furniture there.

Picture Rocks is lucky to have such a nice furniture store! The brands they carry are quality and built well! They have a very nice showroom also. At times you need to order in what you'd like if they don't have it on the floor but that's ok with me! I own a few coffee tables and end tables and they're all in great condition as the day they were purchased!

We have purchased quite a few furniture items from Gary's. As others mentioned, no pushy sales people. Just a friendly staff willing to help. Delivery of items was always fine as well. Worth checking out.

Great place with high quality furniture and even more importantly high quality service! Two years ago, my husband and I, bought a beautiful leather three piece livingroom set from this fine furniture store. Unfortunately, within less than a years time two pieces of the furniture started fading and wearing in several places. We simply called up the store and were very pleased to be connected with the stores owner, Gary. The owner was very kind, and after explaining our concerns he immediately had some employees come out and access our situation. Needless to say he apologized and explained it was a manufacturing defect and within two weeks the defective furniture was replaced with new, at no cost to us. That being said, due to our recent house fire back in December, we plan on buying the same exact livingroom set at Gary's furniture! Once a customer always a customer, Gary's is the best! Hope this helps anyone considering Gary's, my husband and I give it a five star rating!
