Global Linen and Furniture

I referred my daughter here to purchase furniture and within a month and a half, the chairs to the table she purchased broke! She spoke to the owner and was told that she didn't have a warranty and if they couldn't fix the chairs,she would have to purchase new ones and he came up with some stupid scenario to try to justify that the furniture is cheap!!How does she have to purchase new chairs to something she hasnt had for 60 days?

My dresser looks AMAZING! I admit l thought it would look OK and purchased because “ price was right” Pleasantly Surprised! It’s sturdy, huge and PRETTY ! Delivery was prompt and my items were put together with care. I normally suffer from buyers remorse… Not this time! I will definitely shop again

I stopped in this establishment on 5/19/23 Friday to look at area rugs for my Living and Dining room. They have a large selection of nice looking pieces and a great price; couldn't make up my mind on that day. But I will be back to make a purchase, also the owner was very nice and professional

I will give it 4 stars because of our past experiences, but that will quickly change depending on the outcome of current issue(s): My daughter and I have made several large purchases and have been pleased for the most part. Last week we made another rather large purchase and was given a delivery date of 12/29. It has come and gone. I have called the number listed and spoke with a gentleman once, He assured me that he would find out what happened. To no avail. I attempted to call on 5 other occasions since and no one is answering the phone. (This is the number listed). I really enjoy the staff, Rachel and the other young lady, but I'm having some difficulty understanding how this is being handled. Now I have to make a trip there to handle it face to face. I would have simply appreciated a follow up. I'm not unreasonable and I understand that things occur, but business has to go on. Besides, I paid for my purchase and therefor am entitled to it or an explanation as to why I haven't received it before I cancel it complete
