Godnick's Grand Furniture

I bought a $1,000 chair from Godniks. It had a two year warranty. I was a little bit concerned about the way the hardware was operating so I stopped into Godnick‘s to see about replacing the chair. I was concerned that I might end up with a problem outside of the warranty. I went in on a Saturday and the woman at the desk told me that they no longer sold those chairs and that the owner wasn’t available. She said he would be back next week and she would have him come. I never heard a word back from them.

I purchased a replacement mechanism and mattress for a sofabed I had purchased from them previously for my rental condo. First, they delivered the wrong mattress and took my mattress cover away with the old one. They did reimburse me for that and came back with the right mattress. However, in installing the mechanism, they cut a large slit in the sofa bed and made an 8 inch tear in the sofa upolstery in a visible area. They then denied responsibility, and without proof, there was nothing I could do. There were also a couple of seams popping in the new mattress, which they did repair. Very dissappointed in Godnicks this time around. I will not shop there again.

Great experience with bed and mattresses for out new home. A large 15 bedroom family lodge, they have been very helpful during our move in time. Our original home was lost to a fire and we were looking for good value, and fast help.

We were very satisfied with our purchase. Most of all we were extremely pleased with Michelle, our sales person. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. The delivery guys were great too! I highly recommend this furniture store.

Great saleswoman, very helpful. The prices are reasonable, especially for top nane furniture.
