Outstanding showroom to delivery service from Great Deal on Furniture who should actually be named Great Deals and Service on Furniture 😂 Starting with Renee W, who was incredibly eager to find exactly what I was looking for and, indeed, found the perfect couch for me, a very particular customer. Next, the staff who handled the financing and delivery arrangements kept me updated on the delivery information and allowed me to make changes if necessary. Finally, the delivery gentlemen, Jeremy and Mr. Bless, were absolute hulks but handled my delicate furniture with utmost care, including the doorway and wall. I couldn’t have done that myself when moving out the old furniture. They connected everything for me and took the time to demonstrate the features. They definitely deserved the tip. .

Mr. Bless and Mr. Jeremy have been to my home three times in the last month. They are always courteous, polite and very respectful. They go out of their way to do a job well done. My husband and I went searching for a new mattress Memorial Day Weekend and James Wimberley was very kind and courteous to offer us help. Even as a salesman, he didn't make us feel pressured or forced to purchase in that moment, but instead just handed us a business card before leaving and said he'd be here to help with any further questions we had. SO thankful for that because I don't do well with the pushy salesmen personalities. James was patient, helpful, and professional!

Mr. Bless and Mr. Jerry were on time I was running a little behind. I received a courtesy call and informed the young lady I was running late. They waited for me to arrive and were very courteous. They unwrapped as well as placed the mattresses. Great customer care, as I’ve had other companies just leave furniture by the door without even calling.
