Was looking to get a new mattress for my mom. Found this little hidden gem. Sales lady was super nice and helpful. My mom wanted a firm mattress and the staff showed a few that were firm. No pressure at all. Staff clearly explained the benefits of each mattress. My mom picked one of the latex ones that was medium firm and loves it. Mattress store is very comfortable and inviting. Prices are super affordable for the quality that you’re getting. Free delivery is available and warrant given on all mattresses. Highly recommend this store if you’re looking for a new mattress at an affordable price.
View on GoogleWe recently purchased a King sized mattress from Happy EZ Mattress. The deal was good, the owner and the sale lady were friendly and super nice. They presented the deal professionally. We got a discounted price plus some valued free bonus stuff including a free mattress box. They delivered free and on time as scheduled. It was our first time here but we are not hesitate to recommend the place as a good business to shop for mattress.
View on GoogleI normally only take the time to give businesses good reviews. Unfortunately this place was not all that I had read about. Let me explain. My family and I walked in to a completely empty store and the only employee working there was on the phone. Which sounded like a personal call. This woman never greeted us or even acknowledge that we walked in. I personally have worked a customer service position and know that when a potential customer walks in you make eye contact and greet them. She should have paused her personal phone call for a second to do so. So we kindly took our business else where. Why would I spend thousands of dollars at a business that doesn't respect me as a customer. Note to owner, please train your employees to respect all that walk in regardless of age, gender, or nationality. If you were the owner on the phone when we walked in then shame on you.
View on GoogleI needed an adjustable queen size bed for my parents and this place had choices with very reasonable prices. Great service. Bought one with massage, remote control, memory foam, adjustable. Will be delivered in couple of days 🙂
View on GoogleMy parents bought my XL memory form set back in 2008 from the Westminster Store, and I've never had a problem since and I absolutely love my bed. It's been the best thing for my back, since I injured it in the AF back in the '70s. It's gone with me to 3 apts, and to other places to live. they are very sturdy!
