I bought a range and a dishwasher from Happy's this week, and I couldn't be happier. The store carries scratch & dent appliances plus discounted appliances still in their box. Prices were outstanding. The salesmen at the Gravois Bluffs location (John and David) were knowledgable, friendly and took time with all my questions. They really know about all the different brands and features, and helped me make an informed decision. The items were delivered in 4 days (!) by Rayshon and Dennis. These two guys were cheerful and quick, getting everything hooked up in no time. They even took the old machines away. I would definitely shop there again, and recomment Happy's to friends and family.

Baron helped us find the perfect mattress at a great price! He was very helpful and friendly! We didn't feel pressured in to buying something we couldn't afford, which typically happens at the big name stores. They had a great selection and we were able to bring our mattress home the same day of purchase due to their large in store inventory. They do offer delivery if you aren't equipped to transport your purchase yourself. Highly recommend stopping in here for your next appliance or mattress before heading to the big box stores!

A great experience. Baron was helpful, funny and quick with an even bigger personality. We went to get a new washer and dryer set, found it immediately, and proceeded to tell him how we just bought a mattress 5 months ago from Mattress Firm. Told him how much I paid and he pointed me to the mattress that I bought. It was over 4x less than what I paid. We walked in and out with a new Maytag set in under 30 minutes! Great deals, great service. I highly recommend coming here if you need new appliances or a mattress.

David helped us with a new washer. He was a great help. Not pushy, but personable and gave us the space we needed to make the best decision for us. We will be back! Great store with tons of options and we’re very happy with our purchase.

I purchased a fridge from Jimmy at Happy Appliances today! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. Jimmy was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The fridge was in great condition, exactly as described online, and the delivery team was outstanding! Best delivery experience we’ve ever had with a retailer. Communication was clear and friendly, and he even followed up to make sure I didn’t have any other questions that he could help with.
