Bought 2 chairs in February for a large amount of money. Motor went out 3 months later on one. Still waiting for replacement going on 4 months now. Called and said too busy with customers to deal with this issue. BUYER BEWARE!

View on GoogleI must say it is an amazing establishment. The salespeople are excellent at their job and are always willing to assist customers in whatever way possible. I believe the generalized opinion of most customers is one of utmost satisfaction. Their selection of different brands is quite wide and the showroom offers the ability to even try out the furniture one may wish to purchase. I have seen that they have amazing customer service and treat their employees with respect and kindness. The only suggestion I have for those who are in the market for new furniture is to bring your business to Heltons Home Furnishings.
