My experience with Tom was outstanding! I rarely comment on anything ! But I had to because it is rare to find someone that actually cares about selling the right product to fit the customer needs. I went there to get a mattress and I was so indecisive since it was so important for me to choose right. Tom made the process so easy for me ! I just would 100% recommend this store because the customer service you will have does not have a price !!

I LOVE this store!!!! They have BEAUTIFUL pieces of furniture. And with prices that are affordable, and are of high quality and ethical. (no forced child labor) I liked that Tom really listened to me the customer Trying describe the style and pieces of furniture I wanted. Tom showed me pieces that were my style and fit my budget. I really appreciate all the help from Tom and the sales team . I can't wait to see my Beautiful Bedroom set. The whole sales team are wonderful and pleasant to work with. My sales rep wasTom Platzer. He was a very informative business madn very. Polite and professional. Easy to talk to and understoodl everything we were looking for. He's been at that company well over 30 years. Excellent customer service for all employees there , All but one Renita , lacks you interpersonal skills the driver's Mason and Dawson do a above and beyond job. They all should get more pay for what they have to do.

I always buy for my hotel there if I can. Once again, I see those who complain about the place having to close now and again during posted hours have never run a small business. I have been there 20 times at least over the last few years and they were always open. Spectacular selection of often top quality items. I hesitate to write this review as I hope other people dont find my treasure.

Absolutely monster amounts of furniture, most of which is in fair condition. A lot of things have dings and scratches, but you really can't expect much for stuff that is really quite cheap. Picked up a really clean sofa sleeper that looked almost unused and some chairs for my kitchen without breaking my wallet. John and the crew there are super friendly guys and I will be sure to come check them out regurlay as they get new items in. A+!
