I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today from the front office. While the technician assembled my furniture correctly, the overall experience was unacceptable Although the guy had great customer service and did a great job assembling my Furniture. After completing the assembly, he left without properly cleaning up. There was white packaging debris scattered throughout my apartment, including by the front door and in the bedroom. In addition, my front door was scraped during the process. When I contacted the office to report these issues, I was told that the technicians are only responsible for removing the boxes and are not required to clean up any other debris. This response was unhelpful and dismissive. I have ordered from this company before, and on previous occasions the assembly team cleaned up thoroughly after completing their work. I should not have to move into a new home and then clean up packaging remnants left behind by your staff. That is not my responsibility. I am also disappointed that no one in the office took accountability and instead suggested that I handle the cleanup myself.

I had the best experience shopping for furniture for my son’s room, my room, the living room. Quality Brand name furniture budget friendly. The delivery & setup was quick and efficient. The owner Mr. Nadeem is the blueprint to quality customer service. Ms. Nora made sure the process went smooth. Thank you 🙏🏽

I've had a good experience with this furniture store so far. I've purchased living room & kitchen furniture. Delivery & set up was fast & efficient both times. Darwin & the other delivery team from the first delivery through today did a good job. I would recommend their affordable prices & quality furniture.
