I went in and recieved great care from the sales team, got alot of direct communication that helped me plan, purchase the right set for myself and family and their compassionate care and knowledge really was a wonderful thing to experience. Did a great job seting it up and planning the appointment to deliver and was very helpful with my belongings and making sure it was a good quality service. I appreciate them so much!
View on GoogleWe drove from Bloomington to Shelbyville because we heard that J&B Carried a mattress manufacturer that we slept on during a recent vacation. The mattresses are made in the United States. Lindsay was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell us on anything – just provided answers to our many questions. We ended up buying a new mattress and thought the experience was top-notch. From welcoming us to the store, all the way to delivery and set up. We ended up buying new mattresses for our two sons too. Overall, an exceptional experience and Lindsay is a great person to work with. We highly suggest using her and this great business.
View on GoogleSuper friendly staff! Purchased a new sectional and Lindsey was so helpful. She was incredibly busy when I stopped in but she gave me her attention and expertise. From in store to final delivery everything was great. Ordered on a Monday and got delivery and setup on Thursday. The delivery guys called day before and set up a delivery window for the next day. They also called 20 minutes before arriving the day of delivery. Once they had the sectional together they removed all of the trash and were on their way. Overall wonderful experience!

A truly great experience and would recommend anyone to shop there. I made a mistake on the size of the mattress and they corrected it with a smile. She also found my selection in stock and ensured that it arrived the next day. The delivery team was great as well. Very polite, respectful and took care of the wrappings.
