Kendall Furniture was terrific to work with when searching for some furniture to add to our new home. Lots to choose from with some very reasonable prices. Delivery and installation was fast and professional. Will definitely go back the next time we shop for furniture.

View on GoogleHave ordered several times from Kendall Furniture. Last two orders the communication has been awful. Today it’s noon and I was told by Joe yesterday I would be first stop today. I called at 11:20 and was told that Joe told someone else they were first today. No one called to let me know….. then was told well we’re going to Bethany but might be able to come on the way. Just got a call they will be here in 30-45 minutes. Bed was suppose to be ready July 19. Got no communication it was in. I had to call again to ask if my items had arrived just like our previous order. Never got a two hour time frame text the night before like they said so I assumed we were first like Joe said yesterday. Very poor communication. If I had known all this I would have had it delivered Monday when I’m working from home. My family is here for the weekend and I’m missing quality time with them. Wish they had been honest and communicative so this could have been delivered Monday not wasting my Saturday.
