Kimbrell's Furniture

Wonderful service, no pushy salesman, but the sales person was available and friendly when I had questions. I ordered a new sofa it was delivered the next week. The delivery drivers were great. They setup my sofa quickly and cleaned up all the packaging before they left. It was a nice experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new furniture.

We started our 15 year old speed queen washer 9 o'clock on a Saturday morning. The pump gave out. It left us wondering what can we do about it on a weekend. We made a call to Kimbrells at 10am. We were approved credit by 11am. My wife and I was at the Lexington NC store picking out a new washer, dryer and queen mattress by 11:30am. We were finished with paperwork by 12pm. This was a fast, friendly and helpful associate. She related to my wife and I well. The delivery came as fast as 1:30pm on a Saturday. The same day. Delivery guys were fast, friendly and very helpful. They made sure everything worked efficiently. They even showed us how to use the new equipment. Thank you Kimbrells for everything and the free baking set for my wife. All the associates should get a raise. God bless Kimbrells.

From walking into the store, to meeting everyone was nothing short of amazing! Really nice people that welcomed me to NC. The sectional was delivered a few days after & I have to say I absolutely love it . Please if you're looking for any furniture needs come to this store !!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

The staff at Kimbrell’s were very kind and helpful! The store has great options with a nice variety of items that are reasonably priced!

I would have given 5 stars but a lack of inventory forced me to go with choices I wouldn't have made otherwise. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The prices were great!
