Krista was great to work with! She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and really understanding. She made the whole process smooth and stress free. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sales rep who truly cares.
View on GoogleWe received all our new kitchen appliances yesterday from Knies in Sterling. Love them! LG brand. Mike ,sales rep and Josh, manager were so nice and very knowledgeable about the appliances. Also the delivery guys were awesome! Thankyou again.
View on GoogleMike was great with assisting us and finding a great deal for a couch & recliner set!
View on GoogleI have been a customer for years. I have always received the same treatment as my first visit. Everyone is courteous, kind and always listen to my concerns. They're the Best! Keep up the Great work.
View on GoogleThis place made buying some furniture a quick and easy breeze, free drop of delivery for my crafty self to assemble was even better! My salesman John C was a great guy as well! He took care of everything to make a big Black Friday - Christmas gift arrive by the Holiday with plenty of time, and even with a factory damage issue, their service team replaced the damaged part and made it easy as well! Now I'm completely set for the big unveiling a week ahead of time and everything is perfect!
