I’m unhappy with my experience with the store, and if you get something and you don’t like return it within 24 hours even if they tell you not to worry about or you will be stuck with only getting a store credit. Not happy with the quality at all, and I made that clear immediately, but it made no difference. Buyer beware.

Loy & Lee Waters are doing a great job at the downtown location carrying on the family tradition. Excellent service and great products. I recently purchased a desk chair for my office and Lee delivered it himself.

Would have given a higher rating, but because we wanted to exchange, or get a store credit, on 2 chairs after only 6 days, we were told they couldn't because of covid 19 issues. Imagine all the floor models they sell after hundreds of people sit on them. Maybe they throw them away. I doubt it. Really, how do you know if a chair works for you, till you spend a little more time in it? I could drive a $50,000 car for a weekend, and return it, and say it's not going to work. With no problem. And someone else can do the same thing. They're going to sell the car, if it takes a number of people to sit in it first. Covid 19 or not. Won't go back. Try and make your choice knowing it's final, they don't want it back.

Ms. Tonya, downtown Statesboro location, is a wonderful help. She greets everyone with a warm smile and makes you feel right at home! She helped me find the PERFECT furniture for my home and I will be continuing to do business with them.
