Lacks Furniture

Today Lacks in Brownsville Texas did a great job of helping us find a new couch and loveseat! They took their time to explain everything and we are getting our furniture tomorrow… no waiting weeks for shipment! The store had so much to choose from but once our sales person asked us a few questions she led us right to 4 pieces that were a match! Great staff and great selection!

I loved the customer service that Rolando Perez provided. From the moment we walked in, he was attentive, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. He took the time to show us a variety of merchandise, explaining different options and making sure we felt comfortable with our choices. What really stood out was how far he went to make our shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He showed us several bedroom sets and mattresses, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction made a huge difference. Rolando Perez is truly a great salesperson, and I would highly recommend working with him to anyone looking for excellent customer service.

Monica Cantu was so helpful with my purchase. Was very attentive to what I wanted and made the process very smooth and answered all of my questions efficiently. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

My essentials was very good and opened me out. I was dealing with Vanessa Gonzalez, but she’s on vacation. Everything was great. I just did not appreciate not delivering my Recliner free. I’m a disabled veteran. Hundred percent. I did get a small discount of $25 but other than that was really good

Sales lady, Monica, was very knowledgeable of the furniture in the store. We told her what we needed and she gave us an overview and she gave us time to look around. She stayed close by in case we had questions. We did not feel pressured to make a purchase.
