I dealt with Luis recently, he seemed okay (ish) the first day I met him and bought carpet, but the whole process of waiting for it to arrive, and then arriving was awful. Poor customer service, terrible communication, bad attitude, he acted like I was an inconvenience calling for updates when really I just was waiting for my carpet so I could install it and move into my house. I was receiving zero updates from them. Then my brother drove an hour with his trailer to pick up the carpet, and they didn’t give us the padding we ordered, so had to come back the next day and squeeze it into my SUV. I would not recommend and I will not be returning, which is unfortunate because I have 5 bedrooms I’m going to be carpeting. For the amount of money I spent a little respect and kindness would have went a long way. Don’t waste your time, there’s other people down the road that are very very nice and do business the right way.

LOVE our new floors! Mike was great with communication. Adrian and his installation team were very accommodating with our remodel timeline and did a great job. We'll be using them again to replace upstairs as well. Thank you!

Had new carpet installed in living room. Hard surfaces in dining room and family room. Louis helped us at the store. Very professional. Adrian and his team did the hard surfaces and new baseboards. Very professional, looks great! Would recommend them. Jarod did the carpet, we are very pleased. If your looking to update your home definitely check out Lake Carpet and Mattress.

Awesome place! Went in to buy a bed they were very fair on pricing and a great experience from the time I walked into the showroom till my first nights sleep! Had a great selection to choose from and very informative. Definitely would recommend 10/10

I came in looking for a new mattress , I spoke with louies and he was very friendly and helpful , he helped me find the perfect mattress at a reasonable price , he even offered to deliver! I will definitely be going back when its time to replace my flooring they have a large selection of flooring & mattresses to choose from at a good price!
