This is our second time purchasing from Lancaster Mattress. They are fantastic. Had Ginny this time. She was A+ just like our last experience. Even took the order right over the phone. Definitely recommend for convenience and supporting a local business!
View on GoogleWe have recently purchased four mattresses from Lancaster Mattress. The employees are very knowledgeable and their prices are competitive. I will definitely buy again from Lancaster Mattress!
View on GoogleI've gotten 2 mattresses here as well as one for my daughter's first big bed. They have a great selection across several brands, and Ginny was very helpful when my husband and I were stuck between several options. She also gave us a mattress protector and a pillow for free with our purchase. Great service!
View on GoogleWe decided to check out the Lancaster Mattress Company in Ephrata, PA. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Dave. He gave us the best information on what type of mattress to buy. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Instead, Dave explained all about mattresses and how they were made. We were able to take our time to try several different mattresses. Dave was very personable and clearly answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure to shop at this store. When we had all the information that we needed, we decided on buying 2 mattresses. We highly recommend this business. The service quality was truly exceptional. And Dave really knows his stuff!
View on GoogleShout out to Ginny for taking care of me after a very horrible experience at Mattress Warehouse. Ginny fixed there mistake and had me in the same beds within 24 hours!!! From the service I received in the store, the delivery team and their customer service...A+ all the way. Thank you - I am very happy customer. Being in the service industry myself, I know how tough it can be, but they know how to treat people!!
