Amazing team, both sales side and service side. I will say that’s the reason they received 5 stars and not 1 is because of their amazing team. Bull frog gets 1 star. Land o dreams have tried everything in their control to make it right. The bull frog hot tub we purchased 2 years ago is nothing but problems. We purchased a bullfrog a7d. Issues started 1 month after purchased with the lighting system. waited on parts for 3 months, then more lights became defective. Lights not so big of deal until they start strobing and flickering then starting to make the controls for the jets not work. Have had every light replaced now including the one in the bottom. They replaced the touch screen controls and now everything is working good except 3 lights are not the same colors and 1 cup holder light is not working. Land o dreams have done everything they could for this hot tub and us as a customer. They went far behind what they had to. It’s just a bad product and could have been engineered better. Especially for 20k. Thank you Ben and Greg for all the assistance.

We purchased our Bullfrog hot tub from Land of Dreams MN Hot Tubs in Rochester back in 2021, and we’ve had a great experience ever since! The team is always responsive whenever we have questions, and they consistently have the chemical supplies we need in stock—which makes maintenance easy. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Hot Tub and two mattresses from Land O Dreams. Great service and delivery. Answered all questions I had. They continue to provide great service and maintenance tips years after I purchased the hot tub. Would purchase again!

Great place to buy Hot 🛁 , 🧖‍♂️ , 🪑 that’s where I come in I was in need of a lift chair needed something comfortable as I had been sitting in one of Land 0:Dreams 🪑 the Cat Napper for the last 5 years. We have bought 3 beds from them in the last 5 years and the latest bed January 2024. On January 25th 2024 we went in to see if they have lift 🪑 you wouldn’t believe what we discovered Yep The Cat Napper lift 🪑 we said write it up we could of took it that night put we didn’t want the show room one so they ordered up a brand new one. Everyone is great there from the sales people to the 🚚 people. Since we bought my chair we’ve had them out only 3 times to oil the chair it was squeaky, to check out why my chair would go up down back side ways well maybe not side ways super super service every time. They had to replace the remote and power pack Ethan came with a replacement off one in the showroom try that if it dose it again give us a ☎️ or if it doesn't ☎️. They ordered us a replacement remote and power pack and today the two B,S were here to replace it. Couldn’t be any happier with there service and take advantage of there free interested for a year from Wells Fargo 🏦. Hope your as happy with your purchase and if not they will make it right every time
