Staff is very helpful. They work very good on your needs and find exactly what you are looking for. Prices are better than anywhere else. Delivery people were very good and thorough and very cautious. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

They moved our old sectional and recliner out while moving the new sectional and recliner in. They did this very fast and efficiently to say the least. 5 star service and comfortable furniture! View on GoogleSales staff friendly and helpful. Be careful about delivery. If weather is inclement, reschedule, or rain and/or snow will be dragged into your house. If you provide feef back on this via email, you will be ignored. If you comment on it in person when you are spending more money, you get defensiveness in the response vs. nicely explaining the reason and what you can do for future deliveries.

View on GoogleWe cannot say enough good things regarding our experiences with Lauerman's. The staff is polite and efficient. The merchandise is beautiful and fairly priced. They did exactly what they promised us they would do. They answered all of our questionsd and took care of the one problem we had in a timely manner- no questions asked. They really care about their customers and go out of their way to accommodate them.
