Cynthia at Luxury Mattress Outlet was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to my concerns about my back and shoulder pain. She didn’t rush me or pressure me into anything — she genuinely wanted to help me find the right mattress for my body. She guided me to the most incredible luxury-quality Aireloom bed, and the craftsmanship and comfort are on another level. What impressed me even more is that Aireloom’s parent company is Kluft, the same luxury brand sold at Bloomingdale’s, so you’re truly getting that high-end quality and construction. Cynthia made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and actually enjoyable. If you want someone who truly listens and helps you invest in better sleep, ask for Cynthia. The customer service is excellent! You don't feel pressured in buying anything. They are very knowledgeable about the mattresses. Even tried different pillows and was helped on advising me what was good for me.

We have been shopping for a new mattress for years. It gets overwhelming and discouraging. I have seen Luxury Mattress Outlet from the fwy and was always curious. We decided one Saturday to stop in. I was expecting a huge warehouse with tons of stacked mattresses and the usual overwhelming experience. This was definitely NOT that. We were greeted by Xavier who was an absolute pleasure to meet. He is so knowledgeable and passionate about his families business we were immediately impressed. He educated us on the industry, took his time to listen to our needs. What an amazing young man with true customer service. He worked with us on our budget, fitted us with the mattress we needed, set up delivery for the next day and made this a wonderful experience. We ended up with an Airloom mattress at a price that is unheard of. It is AMAZING!!!! We cannot believe what a difference a mattress can make. Don't waste your time anywhere else this family owned business is truly the best. Thank you Xavier for all your help we could not be happier!

Nothing like walking into a store where they provide you with EXCELLENT service! My husband went into the store without knowing what we needed. Xavier helped him right away and answered all the question that we had. He immediately recommended what was right for us. We are beyond happy with our mattress! Xavier and his coworker delivered the mattress at a timely matter! Luxury Mattress Outlet is a family owned business and we highly recommend it!
