WARNING ⛔️ DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!!!! Went in to purchased a bedroom set picked out the one I loved when they delivered it was damaged I showed the guy who delivered he told me to call the store back, called the store they instructed me to call their customer service spoke with a lady there ask me to send pictures and someone will call me with update I did and no one ever called back. I purchased in April just now receiving the replacement of the long dresser was told a technician will come out to fixed the other damages I ask for a discount and they only wanted to give me 10% discount. When the replacement came and they took back the damaged dresser they placed it right in the box and taped it up as if was new after seeing that I know this a something they do all the time. I urge you not to purchase here ever………

Delivery guys were very careful and so professional. Just like I requested. AWESOME!! If you want a store in Miami, where they don't follow you around the store or push you into buying something that you don't really want or need then this is the place. Five thumbs up. View on GoogleOver priced Rooms to Go products. This place is obviously commission based. I say this because while one CSR was assisting us. I decided to ask another staff member a question and she replied, I can't help, because someone else is assisting you and it's her sale. Ok, I understood. Anyways, there is a model bedroom set that is priced this same week at RtG for $988 (Mill Valley II Cherry 5 Pc Queen Sleigh Bedroom with Storage) which they have for $2,200. I was shocked! Same exact item with what's included: Queen bed (3 piece), Dresser and mirror. My wife had the flyer from RtG in her hands that we hid it so they would not see it, because we were just too embarrassed to bring it to their attention. I understand every business needs to stay afloat with sales, but the pricing was ridiculous. Now a days, any low income person with fair credit can get 60 months interest free furniture at RtG.
View on GoogleBad business! I purchased a bedroom set from them on a Saturday and it was supposed to be delivered! They didn’t show up until 6:00 pm the next Saturday and didn’t have all the pieces! No one called and said anything about they didn’t have everything I purchased! Every time I call to speak with a manager, the lady hangs up the phone! I wish I could leave a zero! Don’t waste your money or time with this company!
