We left having full confidence in our selection! When we had delivery issues from the third party shipper, Magic Sleeper’s customer service was quick and efficient in helping us.

Can’t recommend this local, family owned business enough! Amazing customer service. Wide selection of beds to test out in store, wonderful bundle options, and prompt delivery service. Bypass all the corporate mattress places, and go straight to them. After a few visits to try various beds out before making a decision, I ended up with the Helix Midnight Luxe (thankful they had several bed in a box options to try out) - they delivered the bed and adjustable base to my house and got it all setup in minutes. Best sleep I have had in years.

Great place to buy your next mattress. I'm not the type that likes to be hounded when I walk into a place. I was to many mattress place and everytime I'm hounded once I open the door and walk in. I went to Magic Sleeper expecting the same. But I was greeted when I walked in and was told if I have any questions they would help me with them. My wife and I looked around we found what we were looking for. The works came over answered some questions and left us alone. So we could talk about what we wanted to do. I ordered a replacement pillow top for my sleep number bed and had a great experience. I had initially called in to ask some questions and the customer service rep was very friendly and took the time to explain some details to me. The magic sleeper website has a few videos that explain in detail too all the steps to order the correct topper for your bed. I received my pillow top and it's a perfect fit and amazing quality! I highly recommend purchasing from them.
