Maine Mattress & Futons

What a great store to buy a mattress from. Family owned and operated, in today’s world I feel that’s kind of a big deal. Great prices, when compared to places like Mattress Firm. You get a better mattress for a way better price. While in the store I overheard the guy setting up a delivery for after hours. If that’s not service I don’t know what is.

Dropped in to get my son who had just moved to Portland a futon. They were low on stock because it was the first of the month but they sold us a floor model. The salesman was very friendly and gave us a good recommendation in the area for lunch while we waited for the futon mattress to come from the warehouse. Prices were fair. The only annoying thing is that getting out of the parking lot is kind of dicey. The oncoming traffic really doesn't like to stop.

Needed two twins beds to put together every now and then as a king. They had exactly what we needed. Fast, on time delivery. Really enjoyed this local small business and decided not to buy from a big box store in support of a local store. Highly recommend this business!

I am a repeat customer and this store does not disappoint. They are professional and easy to deal with. Fifteen years ago I purchased several mattresses and box springs over the phone. All were good quality and were delivered and set up without a hitch. Today I needed to make another purchase. Again, the transaction was easy. I recommend this store highly.

Owner and sales reps were in the store. They were very friendly and helpful. Gave us a very good deal compared to other nationwide stores. Looking forward to many wonderful nights of sleep. Thank you Maine Mattress. Recommend them many times over.
