Delivery was right on time, and the post-purchase support has truly exceeded expectations. It’s also great knowing they’re one of the only local HELIX showrooms, which made trying the mattresses in person such a huge advantage. Highly recommend!

I wanna share what a wonderful experience i had today buying my new mattress at Mattress to go. I had such hands on help because of my disability. The service was awesome, Dave went out of his to explain everything to us, so we knew what we were buying. I certainly will tell everyone to go to Mattress to go if they need a mattress. Bought 2 mattresses along with frames and sheets several months ago. They are incredibly comfortable and good quality. The sheets are super soft and cool to the touch. Would definitely recommend purchasing a mattress here. Dave is laid back and knowledgeable. We were there laying on/testing out mattresses and asking questions for a while. He was patient with us and I did not feel rushed. Thanks for a great night's sleep !

Great mattress and pillows! We have shoulder pain and the pillows Dave told us about are perfect. He also rectified a small issue we had within 24 hours of being aware of the situation. Great products, great customer service!

Needed to get a new bed that was lower to the floor so that my dog would have an easier time getting up and down. Ended up at Mattress 2 Go literally by chance and had the best experience possible making this purchase. The salesman in the store, who's one of the owners, was helpful and showed me my options once I told him what I was after. He was not pushy at all. I made my choice and he gave me the price which was extremely reasonable. I'm positive I couldn't have gotten my bed for less money anywhere. They brought it to my house and showed me how to set it up. Friendly, polite and all around wonderful experience. I wish it was this pleasant making all my major purchases. Is that good
