Fantastic experience at 309SitandSleep! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The sales team made everything easy and straightforward, with clear, efficient communication every step of the way. Delivery was right on time, and the post-purchase support has truly exceeded expectations. It’s also great knowing they’re one of the only local HELIX showrooms, which made trying the mattresses in person such a huge advantage. Highly recommend!

The service was awesome, Dave went out of his to explain everything to us, so we knew what we were buying. I certainly will tell everyone to go to Mattress to go if they need a mattress. Thank you Dave. I so appreciate all you did for me and my husband. I found a new friend.
View on GoogleBought 2 mattresses along with frames and sheets several months ago. They are incredibly comfortable and good quality. The sheets are super soft and cool to the touch. Would definitely recommend purchasing a mattress here. Dave is laid back and knowledgeable. We were there laying on/testing out mattresses and asking questions for a while. He was patient with us and I did not feel rushed. Thanks for a great night's sleep !

View on GoogleNeeded to get a new bed that was lower to the floor so that my dog would have an easier time getting up and down. Ended up at Mattress 2 Go literally by chance and had the best experience possible making this purchase. The salesman in the store, who's one of the owners, was helpful and showed me my options once I told him what I was after. He was not pushy at all. I made my choice and he gave me the price which was extremely reasonable. I'm positive I couldn't have gotten my bed for less money anywhere. They brought it to my house and showed me how to set it up. Friendly, polite and all around wonderful experience. I wish it was this pleasant making all my major purchases. Is that good
