We had a wonderful experience with Kara at Mattress by Appointment! She was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable! She went above and beyond to ensure we got the right mattress for our needs. The prices are very reasonable and she carries a wide selection. We were also able to get our mattress delivered the same day. Highly recommend!!!

I left with an awesome mattress at a great price and it is being delivered quick! It was a great experience and feels good to shop local. Go by and support this local family owned business!
View on GoogleBought our matress from here..it's been the worst experience I've ever had. Everything like always is good at first. 4 months later we have springs poking through the matress. They did replace it. But here we are again, with no matress. Springs are crushed.has a indentation in the middle of the matress. We made sure to buy a hard matress. These mattresses are crap! They last less than 6 months. 1100 bucks for trash mattresses. If you got money to blow to learn these people then go right ahead and ignore this post. But for the rest of you, I assure you, you will feel happy when you leave but feel defeated 5 months later...go some place else..not worth what they charge for a cheap matress.

View on GoogleShe was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WELCOMING. There was no push to buy any mattress even though in this business time is money and it’s by appointment only as well. Went the extra mile in explaining everything and even answered some texts after the purchase. Note to anyone who buys a new mattress….you may get it home and it not feel like it did in the store after a few hours of unboxing it. DO NOT FRET. I reached out and she explained there is 24-48 hours after the unboxing for the mattress to reach its full capacity and feel. Follow her instructions on getting the mattress broke in as soon as possible. Again, not all mattresses come in a box but our hybrid Maloof did. And sleeps like a dream now!
