I was impressed! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and offers top quality products! James is a blessing, as he helped and guided us in our search for the best mattress to suit our needs. He gave us facts and let us decide which one would work best. He did not rush us and was not pushy at all, and he even helped us load it on our trailer, in the pouring rain and got soaking wet! He provided us with towels to dry off with and was the nicest he could be! If you are in need of a mattress, you will not beat Mattress By Appointment in Mt. Airy, NC.

He didn’t try to push us to buy the best. He left us alone to try out each one for ourself, let us decide which one was best for us , but was very helpful with any questions we had. We would recommend Mattress By Appointment to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

Delivery was super quick. Highly recommend that you make an appointment with James if you are looking for a mattress. You'll be very happy that you did! I don't like high pressure salesmen but James was not at all like that. I highly recommend meeting James to select your next mattress.

He scheduled time for a private appointment with us, his showroom was professional, and after listening to our needs he took the time to show us several different options and clearly listed all of the features of each. He told us his goal was to help us choose a bed we would love and we did at a fraction of what a big box store would charge for the same exact set. We were even able to finance our bed and get it delivered too! We plan to purchase beds for our kids next and would highly recommend James to anyone looking for quality beds at great prices.
