Top notch customer service, would give more stars if I could!! I got the best mattress they had. I went in and picked my mattress, paid for it, and set up same day delivery..all in less than an hour. I will be recommending to my friends and family!! Don't go to those big furniture stores!! Go see Gerald at "Mattress By Appointment"!! He'll take great care of you and your family. 💯

View on GoogleAbsolutely a great experience in purchasing my mattress and box spring. It's a good quality bed at an affordable price. Aaron's customer service was wonderful. He helped me set up the account for the initial purchase, and also gave me guidance in how to pay it off without finance charges. I did what he said, and it worked just fine. If he's still doing this then, I'll use him on my next bed purchase. I highly recommend his product and service.
