Mattress Direct USA was fantastic with their customer service and they helped me find a mattress that directly fit my needs. I sleep hot at night and they suggested the Finn mattress that has cooling properties!! Thank you so much Kelly!
View on GoogleGreat experience here. Lisa was so helpful. She made mattress recommendations and explained the differences between styles and brands to l we settled on the one we needed. I highly recommend Mattress Direct USA for your mattress needs!-Fmayko.
View on GoogleI've never really tried mattresses out, and never really knew where to start or what the differences were. I currently own medium firm mattress that i ordered off amazon, which I find uncomfortable, and came in to try some out and find something I liked, and found out that I am more on the PLUSH side of the spectrum. Lisa was amazing in helping me navigate through and explaining the differences in the mattresses available, highly recommend checking this place out! 😀
View on GoogleI was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer care I received from this business. Matt made shopping for and purchasing a mattress pleasant and stress-free, and his two delivery men were on time, courteous and thorough when they delivered, unboxed and set up my new mattress. With sincere thanks to each of them, I can't imagine a more positive experience.
View on GoogleMy husband and I just bought a king size matress and we couldn't be happier with the comfort, quality and price. I also would like to add that the guy who took care of us Jose was absolutely great! He was polite and friendly and knowledgeable.. showed us around the store and explained to us all the different types of mattresses they had as we were confused in which one to choose from. He was a great help.
