We had such a great experience purchasing a new mattress box, springs and frame from Cindy and Christine. We visited the store numerous times before purchasing. They were patient with us and explained everything as far as delivery etc. We also had a wonderful experience with the delivery drivers. I lacked getting their name but they were two young gentlemen. Very personable, cleaned everything up when leaving. It pays to buy local.

Bought a new mattress. Cindy spent slot of time helping us choose the correct mattress. After about a week, my wife and I weren’t as excited about the mattress as we were in the store so we exchanged for a softer mattress. Cindy stood behind the transaction and changed it out. Once again, Cindy has gone above and beyond to ensure we were happy. She called the very next day to ensure we were happy with our revision and we are.

I wouldn't consider buying a bed anywhere else now! Small town individual, knowledgeable owners who listen to your needs and sell you what you need! No high pressure up sales! Best of all they stand behind their products. !Christine knows her business and is great at it! Small Delivery fee is well worth the service provided! I've never been to a mattress store until a couple of days ago when I went to mattress experts. I was expecting it to be like a car dealership where they're just trying to sell you a junk car for a junk price. But at mattress experts, it was nothing like that at all! The gentleman helped me find a mattress that worked best for me. He made sure to find a mattress that would be comfortable for me. There were no upsales and no upcharges and no nothing but good customer service and quality mattresses. I'm very happy with my bedtech mattress that they sold me along with the covers they gave to me half off. The guy knows his stuff and will answer all of your questions. I did my research, and their prices are astonishingly fair and well priced. I have bamboo covers on the way that they ordered for me. Can't wait till they get here.

Every-time we go in and shop for something we are always treated like family. These ladies are the best! Best customer service and comfortable atmosphere. We are never pressured into buying something and Cindy and Kristy always spend time giving us suggestions. Will continue to shop there.
