Patrick and Saul both were so sweet and understanding with what I was looking for. They were very helpful with finding a good fit for me in my price range. Overall one of the best shopping experiences i’ve had buying something i knew nothing about.
View on GooglePatrick was patient with me. Thankfully I went to his store on a Thursday and it was slow. He explained all the benefits of the beds and mattresses that I was considering. He never tried to push me into a hard sale even when I told him I could not make a purchase until Saturday. He actually went at my pace and helped my husband and I make an informed decision on our purchase. We visited the store multiple times prior to making the purchase and each time Patrick acknowledged us and other clients as we entered the store even if he was busy with someone else. I have not received my purchase yet but so far the customer service has been excellent.
