Mattress Firm Bitters and 281

My niece and I went to Mattress Firm located at Bitters and 281. I needed a new mattress so when we walked in we were greeted by David. He proceeded to show us several mattresses and was very polite and knowledgeable. After looking at many he let us look and think about each one. I finally made my decision and we talked it over with David and he agreed I made a good decision. I can’t wait to get and sleep on my new mattress. It was a very pleasant event. Thank you David and Mattress Firm. Barbara

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Mattress Firm outlet on Bitters and 281. The sales rep that helped us was David and he was exceptional! He was patient, knowledgeable, professional, personable and never pressured us into a sale. However, we did end up buying a mattress because David also worked with us on the price. We honestly didn’t expect to buy today, but we were treated so well… we did buy. We will come back if we ever need another mattress!! Highly recommend you give this branch a try if you are in the market for a mattress.

Stopped in to look for a new bed at the Mattress Firm on Bitters/281 and was greeted by Simeon Bates. He asked about my sleep positions, and learned why I was tossing all night and explained to me how it can be resolved. He was very knowledgeable about the brands and products. He explained the different features and benefits of the beds that interested me and explained many details. He even talked with my out-of-state son, who also had questions about his own Tempur-Pedic and his Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base, and told him about using the app for his Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base that was never mentioned when he purchased his bed in CA. I followed up with Simeon at the Stone Oak location the following day to continue where we left off. I am very happy with Simeon's customer service and skills. If you're thinking of upgrading your mattress, I 💯 recommend Simeon Bates.

Corey D was very professional and showed me all the different available options. He has been doing this for a long while and knows The older models that would compare to today's models. This was very helpful because I had a 10-year-old mattress and was trying to find something similar. Overall this is the best customer service I've had from a mattress store and really appreciate all of Coreys hard work.

My wife and I went in looking for a king size mattress. David helped us find exactly what we were looking for within our budget, as well as a good bed frame. If you’re unsure what you’re looking for, David will help greatly.
