Mattress Firm Boulevard Shops

My experience purchasing a mattress with Andre was outstanding. From the moment I walked in he was extremely professional, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Andre took his time to understand my comfort preferences, answered every question thoroughly and guided me through the options without any pressure. His expertise and attention to detail made me feel confident in my purchase. Thanks to Andre’s professionalism and excellent customer service. I found the perfect mattress and had a seamless buying experience. I highly recommend working with Andre if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping customers make the right choice. I have been searching for months for the right mattress and I’m elated that I came in and met Andre and he made me comfortable enough to make a purchase. Thanks Andre! A job well done.

The customer service rep was excellent. We told him what we were looking for, he gave the perfect suggestions and didn’t try to up sell us, and we were in and out of there in 15 minutes. It was amazing, plus as an added bonus the mattress firm warehouse is only 10 min away so if they don’t have what you are looking for in store you can still go pick it up same day. They also have free delivery of that’s mitre your speed. We highly recommend this store.

After seeing other Google reviews, I knew I needed to visit the store and specifically see Anani. He was great giving guidance based on spinal issues and other sleeping concerns, showing us different models as well as things we might like or options we might want to consider. He was not pushy at all, and really understands sleeping, support, and their product line. If you are shopping for a new mattress and are unsure what you want, the store and specifically Anani was a great help!

The mattress firm under the incredible direction and management of Mr. Anani afforded my family and I the best experience we had in purchasing such a large item. Mr. Anani‘s knowledge skills, his ability to recommend the best mattress based on our needs was invaluable when we made our decision to purchase our new mattress. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and ensure that we had an incredibly good experience from the time we entered his shop to the delivery of our Matress. The delivery of the mattress was flawless as was the removal. Mr. Anani‘s workers were quick, courteous, and professional, they even placed plastic booties on their feet to ensure that our rugs and floors were clean. I cannot say enough about Mr. Noni in my experience at Matress Firm. I highly recommended.

I was referred to Mattress Firm by a completely satisfied customer because of great prices, professional assistance received from associates to select the right product, and scheduled timely delivery. As a result of the same experience, I have made purchases 3 times from the LaurelMD location. Thank you, Alani!
