We had a great experience at Mattress Firm Cascade Station. Jacob spent a lot of time walking us through all the available options and differences. We ended up with a top of the line mattress and a bottom of the line adjustable base, which is the perfect solution for us. He also explained all the financing options and got that handled quickly and correctly. It was delivered the next day, and Yasil and Hector were professional, courteous and FAST. Thanks for a great experience, and we look forward to our first night's sleep tonight. Hubby couldn't even wait for the sheets before trying it out! Edit: I accidentally put the wrong name of our Sleep Expert, it was Jacob (sorry, Jacob!)

View on GoogleIn my usual fashion, I forgot to ask the name of our sales associate. (Blonde, friendly, genuine). My partner and I came in looking for a new mattress. I clearly laid out a budget and what we were looking for, and we were promptly pointed in the right direction. I appreciate that we were never pressured to buy any ad ons or sold things we aren’t in the market for. Our associate was so helpful and made the entire process so painless. (She also had a great sense of humor). Not only that, but their third party delivery / pick up service was also prompt and efficient. If you need a new mattress this is your place!
View on GoogleVery friendly atmosphere at the cascade station location today on 1/12/2026 was helped by a very nice man who carried everything out for me after purchasing my sons new mattress and tried to get it in my small car for me. He made it happen! Wish I remembered his name. Very good price and quality
