My husband and I went mattress shopping today, and fortunately we met Darlene. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate, with an endearing sense of humor. She asked the right questions, listened to our needs, and found us the perfect mattress with an adjustable base. We never felt pressured to make a purchase. She just presented us with the options based on our needs. She gave us the space and opportunity to discuss things between ourselves, thus allowing us to make an informed decision. The entire process was very positive from the beginning, all the way to the close of the sale. Thank you Darlene!!

After going to another mattress store that was supposed to be open but was greeted by locked doors, we made our way to Mattress Firm and received a warm greeting from Robert. Robert made our guest room mattress shopping experience stress free and explained all the mattresses to us. Very knowledgeable, very kind, and went above my expectations in helping us choose a mattress without putting any pressure on us to make a decision.

Today I met Robert, he is fantastic. If you need a good quality mattress, he is your guy, he will not let you walk out the door without a great deal. I'm extremely happy with my purchase today, he is a fantastic representative of the company and I highly recommend him! I walked in today with an aching back and a budget. My current mattress is very old, and needs to be replaced. Robert made sure we got the best mattress in my price range and delivery/set-up. Great experience overall!! Cannot wait to sleep on my new mattress!

Our sales person Robert was great. He was very knowledgeable, patient and answered all our questions as well as going above and beyond with giving us his complete attention and making sure we understood everything. He was exceptional to making sure we purchased the bed that best fit our needs. I would definitely refer family and friends to go visit Robert at Mattress Firm. Had my man Robert help us pick out a bed for our toddler. Guy was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Made the whole process go smoothly, he acknowledged our wants and needs and found a great mattress within our budget. Would highly recommend this place, it has alot of inventory and a wide range of options. And, if you go be sure to ask for Robert this guy needs a raise. Hands down great customer service and made the whole experience worth while. 10/10 ☆
