The delivery man kept in contact with me actually they delivered two hours earlier than what was scheduled. They did call me and they were prompt when they told me they were gonna be there in 30 minutes. They were professional. They were very careful in my house. they did exactly what they were supposed to do and I’m quite pleased

Shared my thoughts on what I wanted and agent listen carefully and patiently addressed my concerns with that in mind found a mattress to net my needs but after some miscommunications on when the bed was expected to be delivered it got complicated…. But after some serious conversations about my concerns we worked out the misunderstanding with excellent customer services we overcame the issues and worked out a perfect compromise with excellent solution that met both our needs so this agent never gave up on me and made sure I was treated with superior service that i will be back to up grade to the top line mattress in 4 months….. so after all that Mattress Firm Transmountain is friendliest, professional and will find a way to work it out for you the customer. All kudos goes out to Mr.Justin Aldana!

Justin was super helpful and patient with us. Never felt rushed and just he gave us plenty of options and answered all of our questions. If you are in the market for a mattress I highly recommend going to see Justin at the transmountain location.
